The rumors are true: High-end townhomes are coming to Westover in the form of Westover Place. The mid-century era apartment buildings at 1001, 1005, 1009, and 1015 N. Kensington Street are being torn down, and in their place will be a brand new townhouse development with units starting in the 800’s.
