Arlington’s July real estate market wasn not the best month. By looking at the available statistics, it shows that our market was uneventful. Less homes were sold and homes listed were on the market for an additional average of 4.44% days more. Homes that were sold were sold at a decreased average sold price of 8.56%. It is clear that not many homes were sold or listed; not much action. There are probably several reasons for this decline possibly the ending of summer and begining of school days but one can never really say why individuals are not buying.
